J & J Medical (Bangladesh) Ltd. is a 100% export oriented world-class disposable plastic syringe manufacturer. It is situated at Dhaka Export Processing Zone (DEPZ) in Bangladesh. We are joint venture with Joongbo Chemical Industries Co. of South Korea.

We offer the disposable syringe to the buyers and importers giving guarantee of quality and prices. Sophisticated machineries and and high quality imported raw materials, needles and validated sterilization by E.O. gas and well equipped quality testing facilities such as physical, chemical and biological tests make our syringes of international standard and comfortable to use.

OUR PRODUCTS

At Present we are manufacturing 3 ml (cc) and 5 ml (cc) plastic disposable syringe of international standard to prevent infectious diseases like HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis-B and others. The syringes are sterile, non-pyrogenic and comfortable to use. Other sizes will be added with our product line in near future.

QUALITY

Our syringes are manufactured in strict compliance of GMP (certified by WHO and Bangladesh Government)  and passed through different quality control processes, which makes our syringes of international standard. J&J Medical (Bangladesh) LTD. has been Established with a great vision of serving human health care by manufacturing quality disposable syringes to prevent from dangerous diseases like HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis-B and other diseases. The Disposable Syringes are made by importing highest quality raw materials & manufactured in 100.000 class clean room. Sophisticated machineries operated by highly experienced Pharmacists, Chemists, Engineers and Technicians, are used in the manufacturing process. Blister type packaging is used to prevent any kind of contamination once the manufacturing process is completed. The Syringes are ETO Sterilized, Non-Pyrogenic, Latex free & Non-Toxic.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

We have sophisticated and state of art manufacturing facility. Currently we have capability of manufacturing 120 million pcs syringes per year. We have plan to increase the capacity in near future.

The price list for our 3cc and 5cc syringes are as follows:

• 3cc/ml Luer Slip, Blister pack with needle CIF US$ 25.00 per 1000 pcs
   

• 5cc/ml Luer Slip, Blister pack with needle CIF US$ 27.00 per 1000 pcs

Shipping charge is included in the above mentioned prices.

The above mentioned prices are applicable for African countries and to some extent other countries too. For the rest of countries the price may vary slightly.
