Since the first time I met you

I loved you, I love you

I did something strange, I still do

That only love can do.

The feelings I have got for you

Those I want you to know

The way you saw me,

Was something only love can show.

The rhythm of fun was different

Of the games we used to play

The words for fun I often said

Was something only love can say.

You don’t know how long I am waiting for you

To get a love from you that is true

I am waiting for a miracle to happen

That’s something only love can do.
